Position: Real Estate & Acquisitions Manager
Location: Hybrid role from any of our client's offices with some travel required
Contract: Initial 6-month contract
Hours: 8-hour days, 4 days per week (minimum of 32 hours per week)

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate & Acquisitions Manager to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work remote with occasional travel to any of our client's offices as and when needed. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our commercial property acquisitions and real estate development projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Lease agreements, including negotiations, renewals and rent reviews
  • Cordinate due diligence activites, including property inspections
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices
  • Manage the acquisition process from initial query to closing, ensuring timely completion of transactions
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in commercial property acquisition, real estate development, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices
  • Degree in a property/real estate related field
  • MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
