Supporting the globe’s energy transition plans

A lot has changed in the energy sectors we support over the decades, but we’re always one step ahead ensuring our clients have access to the skills needed to bring to life their net zero projects and green energy innovations. Whether that’s recruiting hundreds of workers to support with production and fabrication or identifying strategic hires with the transferable skills to lead new and emerging engineering processes.

Whilst our compliance panel, made up of senior leadership and subject matter experts, meet regularly to address upcoming legislative change and keep our clients up to date with process changes.

Connecting engineering companies with talent in the UK and overseas

In recent years we have been identified by Staffing Industry Analyst as one of the top 20 largest global engineering staffing firms – something which we’re extremely proud of. Our specialist International team has extensive experience supporting clients and engineering projects across the globe, understanding the complexities of mobilising workers overseas and the challenges each country brings.

They regularly place candidates and mobilise workers to support projects as far as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Norway – as well as closer to home in Ireland and Europe. Whether our clients have already established an overseas business entity, or need help to operate in a new country, we have a range of international services to meet their business requirements.

I got a contracting role via NRL. I had been on the job hunt for several weeks before being put in contact with Steven. A lot of my experience up to this point had been empty promises of recruiters getting back to me and I never heard from them again. With Steven and NRL, I was kept up to date with the status of my job application throughout the process, and it was seamless. NRL were very helpful when it came to explaining the procedure around a contracting role, and made recommendations which I followed and am very happy with. If I found myself in a situation again in the future where I am looking for a job, I would go to NRL first.
