Building a talent pool

Opportunities to support this project during the construction phase will be available through a talent pool.

How the talent pool will work:
  1. Candidates completes the registration form and where qualifications match site requirements, candidate are added to the talent pool

  2. When sub contractors require supplementary workers at various stages of the project they will search the talent pool

  3. Where your skills match work available, the NRL team will notify you

Building the future

Once operational, the 78 megawatt ERF will continue to use the waste of 2 million local residents to generate energy.

Supply will power up to 127,000 houses, as well as heat up to 60,000 homes.

Part of the North London Heat and Power Project, the initiative will continue to allow North London Waste Authority to divert waste from landfill.
