Department: Technical Operations, Global Supply Chain
Reports to: Head of Global Supply Chain
Role Overview:
Join our client’s team (a late stage biopharmaceutical company) to coordinate and support Global Supply Chain activities, focusing on the setup, implementation, and maintenance of IT business systems, especially ERP processes (purchase to pay, inventory management, supply planning, manufacturing, order to cash). Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure product and organizational launch readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Global Supply Chain activities for ERP system implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Supply Chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Draft user requirements, define and execute test cases, and sign off on process acceptance tests.
- Provide training to end-users on new supply chain operations processes.
- Support computer software validation activities.
- Establish and maintain Master Data governance related to supply chain operations.
- Ensure IT business solutions comply with GMP and SOX.
- Support additional projects like Product Serialization System, Data Information Solution, Demand and Supply Planning Engine, and Artwork Document Management System.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Informatics, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in implementing ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record in global implementation in a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of project management, computer software validation, and project implementation techniques.
- High proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
