My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Lead to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex technical programs within our pharmaceutical development pipeline. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

Location: Switzerland

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple technical programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with research and development, regulatory, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to drive project success.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

  • Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline).

  • experience in technical program management within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical programs.

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
