Job Title: Business Support Lead

Location: Visp, Switzerland

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Lead to join our team for an exciting project in the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of business processes and project activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between different departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.
  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain project databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Handle procurement and logistics tasks, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a business support or administrative role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of GMP compliance requirements is preferred.
