My client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their facilities, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, and supporting their mission to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical products.

Location: Switzerland


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the facility, including maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.

  • Manage facility-related projects, including renovations and upgrades.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Monitor and manage facility budgets, including tracking expenses and optimizing cost-efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records of facility operations, including maintenance logs and safety reports.

  • Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and energy-saving measures.

  • Assist in space planning and allocation to optimize facility usage.

  • Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate appropriate responses.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
