Leicester
Leicester is a city in the East Midlands of England, and the county town of Leicestershire. It is situated on the River Soar and at the edge of the National Forest. The city has a population of over 300,000. Leicester has a thriving music scene, great restaurants and shops as well as plenty of green space for people to enjoy.
The Leicester Engineering Sector has a long history dating back to the industrial revolution and has forged a reputation for being at the forefront of manufacturing, innovation and design.
Leicester has various modes of public transport available. It is served by a large number of bus routes, as well as two train stations.
