What you will need:
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Open Roads and Microstation.
- Experience with civil engineering projects, especially in roads, highways, and drainage design.
- A formal qualification in Engineering (essential).
- Strong communication skills for mentoring and delivering presentations.
