Recruitment Consultant Teesside
Reporting into the Teesside Divisional manager the role will support the growth and success of the Teesside Branch.
The role will be a 360 role, combining business development activity with recruitment search and selection, to help develop and maintain a client base.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities using a variety of methods, market intelligence, LinkedIn, external sources, client and candidate information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and added value.
Attending site and client visits to build new and strengthen existing relationships
Management of existing client accounts
Recruitment Delivery
Utilise job boards, networking events, headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Recruitment and selection of candidates
Updating and maintaining database
Answering telephone and dealing with queries
Ensure recruitment is carried out in accordance with the Quality system and current legislation
Advertising/updating vacancies - live vacancies checked daily
Preparing CV/candidates for submission
Contacting candidates regarding job vacancies and any queries
Checking references/qualifications/ID
48hrs follow up calls to workers out on assignment
Placing candidates on assignment
Working to set KPIs
Carry out the full 360 Recruitment Process from candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, project briefings, inductions, offers and presenting candidates for both Technical, Permanent and Temporary roles.
Being proactive in the market to build talent pools for live and future vacancies
Collaborate with the recruitment team on large projects ensuring that deadlines and KPIs are met
Ensuring that the internal CRM is updated with all recruitment activity
Ensure GM targets are achieved
Promoting company values and contributing towards a professional and positive office environment
Support CSR initiatives in local area
