Ask yourself:
Do you want to work for a leading global company on a journey to net zero emissions? A company who are accelerating growth in renewables, embracing the need for change and new opportunities that lie within the transition of the global energy markets?
NRL are very proud to be working with a company taking a leading role in Energy Transition, Equinor.
Equinor is a broad energy company with ambitions to become a global offshore wind major. We have a value driven strategy underpinned by creating scale in regional clusters.
The unit of the North Sea Region (NOS) has responsibility for the safe and efficient operations of three offshore wind farms. As part of the NOS strategy to realise value from establishing geographical hubs, Great Yarmouth serves as the central operations base, from which operations and maintenance (O&M) activities.
Operations and maintenance operate out of Great Yarmouth.
Operations on the assets are carried out under a common set of safety rules and resources will be given the necessary training to be able to work across all the wind farms enabling greater flexibility.
The Plant Manager is primarily responsible for safe and efficient operations of the wind farm. The project is maintaining its assets through a service agreement with the turbine supplier.
What Equinor’s staff say:

“I think it is an exciting time to be working in the energy industry, given the challenges associated with climate change. I believe in Equinor's ambition to shape a sustainable energy future and I want to be part of the journey”.
Duties will include:
General Manager reporting to the Joint Venture Board of Directors
