NRL have an exicting and rare opportunity for a Paralegal Executive Assistant to join our clients head office Legal team in Farnborough, in a staff role. Our client are a global innovation leader in the waste infrastructure space, and believe in creating a sustainable future through technology and innovation.

Main responsibilities
  • Support the corporate legal team with entity management, board meetings, and corporate governance matters, maintaining corporate records, minute books, and statutory registers.
  • Assist in preparing board materials, resolutions, and corporate filings, coordinating with external counsel on various corporate and commercial matters.
  • Support the legal team in due diligence processes for corporate transactions and assist with regulatory filings and compliance matters.
  • Maintain legal department documentation, including policies and procedures and provide administrative support for the legal department.
  • Support our legal entities in various jurisdictions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate or legal studies degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in an international environment
  • Strong understanding of corporate law and governance practices
  • Experience with entity management systems
  • Knowledge of corporate filing requirements and procedures
Skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English. Other European languages a strong plus.
