- Control System Maintenance & Support: Provide technical support, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting for control systems such as Valmet DNA, Siemens PCS7, and Emerson DeltaV or Ovation.
- System Upgrades & Configuration: Configure and upgrade control systems to meet evolving operational requirements, including hardware upgrades, software patches, and control strategy improvements.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving hardware, software, Networks and field instruments to minimize system downtime.
- System Commissioning: Assist in the commissioning and start-up of new control systems, including hardware installation, software configuration, and system integration.
- Customer Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to customers on system operation, maintenance best practices, and safety protocols.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience working with industrial control systems, particularly Valmet DNA, Siemens PCS7, and Emerson DeltaV or Ovation systems.
- Hands-on experience with control system integration, HMI/SCADA systems, and field instrumentation.
- Proficiency in control logic development (PLC/DCS) and system design.
- Familiarity with industry protocols (e.g., Profibus, Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP).
- Strong knowledge of servers, database systems and data historians
