Will need to be able to drive, so can travel between the sites.
Project Management duties in the delivery of Main Works Civils.
Duties include but not limited to - NEC Contract Administration, Stakeholder Management, Progress Monitoring (Quantities and Time), CPI/SPI assessment, Change Management, Risk Management.
3 days a week required on site (days to be decided weekly), 2 days WFH.
Experience in the following:
- Major infrastructure
- Highways and structures
- Working on site with contractors
- NEC contract administration
- Risk management
