NRL are currently recruiting a Mechanical / Weld Inspector for work based in Barton, Humberside.

The Role of the inspector will report to the Quality Manager and work in collaboration with the wider quality capability; supporting manufacture for projects and programmes of work being delivered via in house capabilities.

Start Date: 16th Feb

Duration: 1 week

Essential Requirements: CSWIP3.1

Desired Qualifications:

  • Lead Auditor

  • RadInterp L2

  • PCNL2 – MPI / DPI

  • UT

Experience:

  • >3Years experience working within Mechanical and Weld Inspection and Testing

  • Good working knowledge of Health & Safety

  • Good knowledge and understanding of welding and NDT techniques

  • Some experience of working within a Nuclear regulated industry

  • Knowledge of ISO 3834 and BSEN 1090

  • Experience in both steel fabrication and pipework
