Our Branch Manager Emma Lowden is part of our North East recruitment leadership team, and she’s offering a career changing opportunity to join NRL as our new Divisional Manager for the Teesside region – which includes exciting plans to launch a new recruitment branch in the heart of the region’s generation plans.
NRL’s new Teesside branch will become our second North East office, having established technical engineering recruitment and workforce expertise for over 30 years in neighbouring Tyne and Wear. Ongoing work supporting clients in the Teesside region over recent years has opened an opportunity to set up a new branch in the area - so the hunt is on to find the right person who has the local knowledge, drive, recruitment expertise and leadership passion to set-up and grow NRL’s Teesside branch.
Discussing the job opportunity in more detail Emma said,
“It’s an exciting time for NRL here in the North East. We’ve grown our UK and global business over the last three decades by building on our expertise and opening new branches in key growth areas. So it’s not every day that opportunities like this come up – a chance to become a huge part of the development and growth of our new regional recruitment branch.
We know the right person is out there, who’s local to the Teesside area and shares our appetite to ensure local businesses and residents can maximise the benefits of the fantastic regeneration plans across Teesside.
It’s a great opportunity for our new Divisional Manager as well, including personal development support from our Senior Leadership team and the opportunity to grow their own team as demand for our Teesside recruitment services evolve.
If there’s anyone reading this right now who thinks that could be them, I’d welcome the opportunity to chat with them to discuss more about the role. I’ve worked at NRL for over 20 years now, having progressed my career from a Recruitment Clerk to Branch Manager – so can chat first-hand on the career development opportunities we can provide our new Teesside Divisional Manager.”
