About the role:
- Working on key Decommissioning Projects at Sellafield on Legacy Ponds as part of the TDA alliance (The Decommissioning Alliance).
- Value Stream Improvement (VSI) projects include both Sludge and Solid waste retrieval, the project is split into multiple packages as defined by the Business Change Managers to embed improvements into the retrievals portfolio. The projects vary in complexity and scale with some using Lead and Learn design approach with off-site trialling and commissioning of manufactured items.
What you will need:
- Familiar with reporting and Earned Value Management.
- Technical/Engineering background and knowledge of Sellafield systems is an advantage.
- Good Communicator.
- Technical, Commercial and Planning Skills.
- Good organisational skills and capable of driving project updates with the Planner and Cost Engineers.
