On behalf of our client, NRL Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior HVAC Design Engineer for work in the Warrington area.
Duration: Initial 12 months contract.
Start: ASAP
Location: Birchwood Park Warrington WA3 6GR
Rate: Negotiable hourly Umbrella rate.
You must be eligible for Security Clearance.
You must have lived and worked in the UK for at least 5 years.
For this role, we cannot accept applications from people who are on short term VISAs or people who require sponsorship.
About the role:
You will be working on a Sellafield decommissioning project that is to remove redundant assets and its associated ventilation systems.
As a Senior HVAC Engineer, you’ll be designing plant and equipment to facilitate this and allowing the connection and fitting of the new ventilation infrastructure.
You will be supporting the design through all project phases and work closely with the multi-disciplined design team and plant-based team.
What you will need:
ONC minimum qualification
Professional registration with an appropriate professional institution
Considerable previous ventilation experience, ideally in the nuclear sector but other highly regulated industries welcome
Competent report writing skills: clear and concise report findings
