Type: Initial 12 Month Contract

Are you an experienced Civil, Structural, or Architectural Technician looking to take your career to the next level? One of our leading nuclear clients is seeking a Senior CS&A Technician to join their dynamic design team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on an interesting nuclear processing project based out of their design office in Birchwood Park, Warrington.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Excellence: Develop innovative design solutions for complex projects, ensuring high standards and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Project Leadership: Deliver nuclear design work, inspections, and construction site support for diverse clients.
  • Collaboration: Work with multi-disciplinary teams to create integrated design solutions, promoting effective cooperation across all functions.
  • Mentorship: Assist and mentor CS&A Apprentices and other Technicians, fostering their technical and professional growth.
  • BIM Expertise: Apply and support BIM principles and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to and promote health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: HNC minimum in a relevant discipline or equivalent academic qualification.
  • Experience: Extensive experience across the full lifecycle of design activities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD tools and BIM processes, with excellent knowledge of Autodesk products (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with other disciplines.
Desirable:
  • Professional Membership: Membership in a relevant institute or significant demonstrable experience.
