Senior C&I Engineer - Aberdeen
We are looking for an approximate start date of ASAP for an initial one year contract. The position will be based out of the Aberdeen Office.
There are 3 core days that must be worked in the office - Tuesday and Wednesday are compulsory days and another day of the workers choosing. The other 2 days can be either worked at home or in the office.
The hiring manager is looking for:
You’ll need to have a TUV Functional Safety Engineer certification or equivalent experience in the application of IEC 61511.
You will also have to have your BOSIET and MIST certificates.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Extensive knowledge of Engineering technical practices and legislation (ideally 10 years +).
Considerable relevant experience of the oil and gas industry predominately gained in an engineering and production operations environment.
Good working knowledge and application of relevant UK oil and gas industry regulations, in particular Control & Instrumentation Regulations.
Familiarity with quality process and application of continuous improvement tools is desirable
Knowledge of all forms of engineering documentation.
SAP Experience, particularly SAP PM, although other CMMS will be considered.
