Based in Somerset in the South West of England our client is part of a globally recognised major project, this role will provide vital resource and recruitment support to large engineering and project teams.

What we are looking for:

  • Resource/recruitment expertise.

  • Coordinating all onboarding activities.

  • Promote best practice, awareness and understanding of key regulations & compliance procedures, HR, government laws and standards, providing guidance and advice.

  • Cultivating positive and effective relationships with stakeholders and the supply chain.

  • Identification of key strategy, interfaces and timelines in line with project needs.

  • Maintaining and development of resource trackers and reports (PowerBI).

  • To support all administration relating to resourcing for Graduate and Apprenticeship programmes.

  • Assist with capability activities to include diversity and inclusion initiatives, security vetting, outreach programmes, onboarding campaigns/mobilisation to site etc.

  • Ability to prioritise workload.

  • Enjoys and thrives on a challenge.

  • Innovative and solution focused.

  • Adaptable to changing work fronts, environments and challenging situations.

Qualifications:

Level 3 qualification or equivalent in HR or related subject.
