NRL’s engineering client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Somerset area. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and play a crucial role in achieving commercial targets and ensuring adherence to contractual processes within a highly regulated environment.
What you will need:
Ample experience in a Quantity Surveyor role on large projects
Strong working knowledge and experience with NEC and FIDIC contracts
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
Chartered or working towards Chartership status
Proven experience in managing project budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasting
