We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a mechanical or electrical bias to join our client’s team in Warrington. You will support the commercial management of multiple projects, ensuring contract margins are met while delivering exceptional service to clients. The role will be based at their head office and various project sites.
 
 
What you will need:
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary contracting environment
  • Proficiency in contract administration tools (e.g., CEMAR)
  • Knowledge of NEC contract formats
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with project databases
  • Full driving license and strong communication abilities
  • Experience working within a framework contract
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively
