Looking for a Mechanical Project Manager for a current site that require a partial rebuild to achieve a compliant operational site.

  • Duration for the project is expected to be approx. 8/9 months

  • Normal hours Monday – Friday 0730-1800hrs with occasional weekend working

  • The site is a High-Pressure (HP) natural gas AGI located to the north-east of Burnley.

The new work involves the following:

  1. Disinvestment / Removal of Existing Equipment.

  2. New Filter Skids

  3. New Heat Exchanger Skids

  4. New Boiler System and Flow and Return Pipework

  5. New High Pressure (HP) – Medium Pressure (MP) PRU Streams

  6. New MP-LP Fuel Gas PRU Skid with Kiosk

  7. New Ultra-Sonic Clamp on Meter

  8. Buried and Above Ground Inter-Connecting Pipework

  9. Filter Skid Concrete Base and Upstands

  10. Heat Exchanger Skid Concrete Base and Upstands

  11. Fuel Gas Skid and Kiosk Foundations

  12. Above Ground Pipe Supports and Foundations

  13. Below Ground Pipe Supports and Foundations

  14. Temporary G19 Pipe Supports 

  15. Concrete Bases for Lighting and Instruments

  16. New Concrete Bollards

  17. New GRP Handrails

  18. New single door to regulator building

  19. New Footpaths

  20. New Buried Ducting and Draw Pits

  21. Concrete Core Holes in Existing Regulator Building

  22. Thermowell and Valve Pits

  23. New Sand Boxes

  24. New E&I Install and Modifications

  25. New Software Configuration

  26. New Cathodic Protection System

  27. Grouting Redundant Pipes

  28. Site Finishings

There is no outage window for Barrowford AGI, therefore, the new AGI shall be constructed and commissioned alongside the existing AGI.

Candidates MUST have good previous experience on AGI's,

Local candidates to site preferred, MUST be UK resident and have the RTW in the UK
