Opportunity:
We are looking for a project manager to join the infrastructure team in Scotland
Ideally based within/around Glasgow
Our team are responsible for designing and delivering high profile district heating and cooling network
The Role:
Providing support and direction to on-site direct/subcontractor resource
Carrying out H&S inductions, preparation, and review of RAMS for issue to client
Monitor progress against agreed installation programme
Liaising with the project quantity surveyor to ensure that all changes to the original scope are acknowledged recorded in line with contractual requirements and resolved
Maintaining accurate on-site records of all materials on site and coordinating the transfer of materials to projects
Produce project reports identify project progress
Approve and maintain construction programmes
Secure labour and sub-contractors for projects
Skills/Experience:
Utility industry experience - associated trench works and installation of water/gas/drainage
SSSTS/SMSTS
Understanding of temporary works
Flexible in travelling
Excellent knowledge of all MS apps
