Our client, a leading PMC company, is seeking remote, permanently employed engineers across a variety of disciplines to support major energy transition projects across Europe. This role will involve some travel to offices in Central Europe however is predominantly remote initially.
Interfacing with the client and main contractor, we are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to support the project development.
Previous experience with onshore oil & gas, petrochemical or energy transition project is essential for this role.
Job Purpose & Scope
Ensure HSSE goals and targets are met
Provide Supervision of Electrical Engineering, Procurement and construction carried out by the Feed/EPCM contractors and subcontractors, Vendors and suppliers for the assigned project
Supervise the electrical engineering content for the assigned project to ensure that the Technical objectives are met within the approved scope , budget and schedule
Participate in the review and approval of Feed/EPCM contractor’s , Engineering queries , Site queries , Deviation and waiver request , change order , Proposals and invoice submission , Provide assessment report to PMT Management
Participate in completion of Feed/EPCM contractor’s scope of work up to and including Mechanical Completion of the final As-Built drawings
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Minimum 12 years of experience including 8 years in the field of electrical engineering in the Oil & Gas industries.
Communications and languages skills:
Proficient in English language oral and written
