As a Plant Inspector at our client in the chemical manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for executing mechanical pressure equipment inspections, ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements. This includes writing inspection plans, analysing NDT results, and supporting plant turnarounds. You’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, driving safe, reliable operations across their Hull site.


What you will need:

  • HNC in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical equipment integrity, including pressure vessels, pipework, tanks, and relief devices

  • Strong understanding of Risk-Based Inspections (RBI), legislation, codes, and standards related to mechanical equipment

  • Proven ability to analyse NDT results and prepare detailed inspection reports

  • Experience in managing inspection portfolios and executing inspections during plant turnarounds
