Working with a global engineering consultancy, NRL are looking for a part-time Electrical / EC&I Engineer on a contract basis based in Warrington to work on nuclear projects. The role is for 20-30 hours per week and will require 1-2 days in the office per week. This could be a great opportunity for an early careers Engineer looking for exposure to the nuclear sector or someone more experienced looking to get out of full time work.

The Role:

Working as part of a team the role is to support the closing out of actions and communication with client stakeholders, contractors & project design team. Duties will include:
  • Management of the Integration Action Tracker
  • Daily liaison with design teams to ensure effective close out of tracker integration issues
  • Contacting action holders to manage and document any resolutions to tracked issues
  • CAD support
  • Attending and minuting meetings (Teams & in person)
  • Document control engagement

You will need:
  • Microsoft Office (Excel) proficiency,
  • Experience using AutoCAD
  • Ideally experience working with quality systems and/or document / drawing control
