The Role:
Working as part of a team the role is to support the closing out of actions and communication with client stakeholders, contractors & project design team. Duties will include:
- Management of the Integration Action Tracker
- Daily liaison with design teams to ensure effective close out of tracker integration issues
- Contacting action holders to manage and document any resolutions to tracked issues
- CAD support
- Attending and minuting meetings (Teams & in person)
- Document control engagement
You will need:
- Microsoft Office (Excel) proficiency,
- Experience using AutoCAD
- Ideally experience working with quality systems and/or document / drawing control
