Missions:

You will be part of the Engineering Methods Department (DMI), which is a center of expertise for project management in design for all trades, serving the company. The DMI is responsible for the production of the studies (in terms of quality, cost and deadline). It is located in the Lyon, Paris, Tours and Pierrelatte agencies and has nearly 100 employees.

As part of the reinforcement of our teams, we are looking for an Advanced Engineer in the High/Low Current Profession.

Assigned to various project management projects simultaneously handled within the design office, you are in charge of carrying out and producing technical studies within a project team.

Your missions are as follows:

🔹 Operational support to the DMI Business Manager (load planning, meetings, team management, supervision and verification of deliverables carried out by his team, etc.).

🔹 Carrying out technical studies of the projects taking into account the specifications, the program and the input data provided by the Client.

🔹 Design of the schematics of the installations.

🔹 Knowledge and application of standards and regulations.

🔹 Project costing.

🔹 Work in multidisciplinary teams and/or in mono-technical subjects Electricity.

🔹 Realization of the different stages of project studies (Feasibility, APS, APD, PRO, CCTP DCE).

🔹 Writing of equipment specifications, written documents of the different phases of a project.

🔹 Creation of 2D or 3D detail plans on the basis of sketches or instructions within the time allocated to the project.

🔹 Knowledge [TE1] of Caneco/Dialux/Visio/Autocad "business" software and respect for CAD/CAD methodologies as well as business rules.

🔹 Carrying out consultations, comparisons and recommendations of the various equipment and works contracts.

🔹 Supervision and management of project teams in the discipline.

🔹 Monitoring and approval of the studies and implementation of the contract holders and equipment of the trade.

🔹 Carrying out field surveys if necessary.

🔹 Participation in progress and coordination meetings.

🔹 Participation in the actions for the acceptance of studies and works for which it is responsible.

🔹 Manage internal interfaces: Project manager, project teams, design department, etc.

🔹 Manage external interfaces: Customers, partners, co-contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, control offices, etc.

🔹 Alert your manager and/or project manager of any drift or risk of deviation from the programmed objectives.

🔹 Report any dangerous situations.

Qualifications

You have a Bac +3 / Bac +5 education, you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in the field of electricity in a design office as well as in a construction company.

You have the following knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the CFO technical field (High Current Installations in the fields of High and Low Voltage);
  • Knowledge of the field of electrical conversion (AC/DC);
  • Knowledge of the CFI technical field 
You are recognized for your ability to analyze, synthesize, autonomy, respect commitments and deadlines, your ability to work in a team and to lead a meeting.

You can prove a good level of English.
