Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of utility diversion projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with utility stakeholders to negotiate and coordinate diversion plans that align with project requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with utility companies to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any project-related issues.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in utility diversion projects.
- In-depth knowledge of NEC 3 contracts and their application in utility projects.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with utility stakeholders.
- Familiarity with utility regulations and permits.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
- Coordinating with utility stakeholders to review and approve diversion plans.
- Conducting site visits to assess project progress and address any potential issues.
- Communicating project updates and milestones to senior management and project stakeholders.
- Managing project budget and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborating with the project team to address any project-related challenges and implement efficient solutions.
