NRL are currently recruiting Mechanical Fitters in Alloa on a 3 month contract


About the role:

  • To undertake mechanical fitting activities, installations and inspections on systems and equipment on all aspects of work completed within the site.

  • Completion of all planned installation to ensure the department meets the objectives of the business.

  • Ensure that work is carried out in line with current processes and make suggestions on improving systems and processes to increase productivity in accordance with set objectives and timescales.

  • Work within all H&S legislation, Safe Systems Of Work and control of work processes

Experience and knowledge on the following:

  • Mechanical Systems and Equipment

  • Pressure Systems and Equipment

  • Boilers

  • Interpretation of engineering drawings

  • Risk Assessments

  • Safe systems of work

​

Must have:

  • Apprentice Qualified Tradesman with either SVQ, NVQ or City & Guilds

  • CSCS/ CCNSG
