Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Interim IR & ESG Reporting Manager to join our London office for a 3 to 6 month period. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and/or investor relations, with a proven track record in ESG reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and evaluate new acquisition opportunities
  • Support all aspects of the transaction process, including due diligence, financial modelling, valuation analysis, business case creation, integration planning, negotiation and integration execution
  • Monitor and report on M&A activity among peer companie
  • Organise the logistics and project manage all financial calendar events, such as the full year and half year results
  • Assist with the preparation of materials for meetings and events such as roadshows / capital markets days / conferences etc
  • Support investor relations activities, including financial reporting and presentations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in financial and/or investor relations positions
  • Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards and practices
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
