About the role:
The role reports into the Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineer and/or Site Commissioning Manager. The Electrical Commissioning Engineer, working as part of a multi-disciplined team, would be responsible for the following electrical activities as part of the commissioning execution:
- Prepare internal and review vendor electrical commissioning and test procedures.
- To read & interpret applicable technical information, including drawings, schematics, P&IDs, procedures, manuals, codes, and specifications.
- Support as required Factory and Site Acceptance Tests.
- Conducts detailed equipment, subsystem, Mechanical Completion walk-downs.
- Carry out commissioning and testing activities in line with written commissioning procedures.
- Commissioning activities undertaken in accordance with the commissioning programme.
- Ensure all commissioning dossiers are maintained with up-to-date check sheets and commissioning records.
- Identifying, recording, and rectifying of faults.
- Management and witnessing of vendor activities.
