Document Control/Quality Support

NRL are seeking an experienced Administrator for our client, to support the Quality and Document Control teams in providing engineering support and construction delivery to Defense and Nuclear sector clients. The ideal candidate will assist in expediting and coordinating information for quality and document control while ensuring compliance with processes, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Expedite and coordinate information for quality and document control in line with demanding programs.
  • Ensure all documentation is managed in compliance with processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide support with document numbering, revisions, and the application of metadata.
  • Collate, monitor, measure, review, analyse, and distribute quality data.
  • Receive, issue, and control project documentation.
  • Provide Data Management System training and assistance as necessary.
  • Update and produce trackers for both document control and quality.
  • Provide support to Doc Control Lead and Head of Quality.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of quality documentation.
  • Update and monitor data management systems.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with document control processes.
  • Assist in the training and support of team members on data management systems.
Qualifications

  • Knowledge of various Data Management Systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of document security and classification.
Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous experience on nuclear and defense projects.
  • Internal auditor.
  • Previous Document Control/Quality support experience.
