Our client, a global leader in providing industrial gases, technologies and applications expertise to various industries are looking for a talented Contracts Specialist to join the team and work on hydrogen production and refuelling station project.
 
Job Summary: The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for managing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand contract requirements and provide guidance on contract terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and systems.
  • Provide training and support to staff on contract-related matters.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and industry regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
