Our client is a Leading international company in O&G sector, they are looking for an experienced Civil Superintendent to work on hydrogen production and refueling station project. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Supervision: Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and construction workers.

  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that the project meets industry standards and specifications.

  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise on-site in real-time.

  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and clients.

  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of project progress, site reports, and any incidents.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant experience.

  • Experience: Extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Previous roles such as a construction manager or foreman are beneficial.

  • Certifications: Professional certifications like Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) can be advantageous.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
