Our client is looking for an experienced Business Coordinator to join the team as a part of pharmaceutical site development project. This candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business activities involving coordinating various administrative tasks, supporting project management, and facilitating communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for the project leader and project team.
- Onboarding of new project team members, including induction and installation of IT equipment.
- Documentation management in Sharepoint.
- Responsible for coordinating visitor’s registrations and conducting visits.
- Organisation of meeting and conference rooms.
- Organisation and planning of events and catering.
- Creation of documentation, presentations, official communications, and contact lists.
- Creation of orders and administration of POs in SAP & Ariba.
- Administration and reconciliation of bills and purchase orders using Unifier.
- Administration for timesheets.
Experience
- Completed apprenticeship or study, preferably in a commercial discipline.
- Strong German and English language skills (B2 level minimum).
- Thorough knowledge and experience of MS Office programmes.
- Previous knowledge and experience with SAP interfaces advantageous.
- A flair for organisation and an affinity for adapting to new IT systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines.
- Proactive and working independently.
