A leading global engineering company is looking to recruit a highly motivated Information Management Business Analyst to work as part of a cross-disciplinary team within Digital & IT located at Hinkley Point.
About the role:
Identifying and documenting HPC Project Business information requirements
Working closely with the Information Management Lead, Information Architect and Development Team to provide consistent gathering/delivery of information requirements to resolve complex business challenges
Acting as a bridge between business and digital organisation and guiding the business through the relevant Information Management services.
Supporting the development of HPC Information Management tools, processes and procedures
Supporting the development of communication and guidance material to build knowledge and understanding of Information Management across HPC
What you will need:
Demonstrate experience in delivering digital projects i.e. information requirement development, data analysis and IT system specification within complex, fast-paced capital projects environment
Excellent engagement skills, including interviewing, facilitating workshops, mediating and presenting
Demonstrated the ability to interface with business stakeholders from a variety of disciplines and levels, and communicate clearly to ensure HPC understands the available Information Management Services and the best way of accessing them
Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Experience in one or more of the Information Management disciplines of Information Architecture, Information Analysis, Master Data Management, Data Administration or Database systems development would be a bonus
Degree level or equivalent in a related subject or business relevant subject preferred
