Our client is looking for an experienced Applications Specialist to join the team as a part of pharmaceutical site development project. This candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and guidance to clients on the use of our software applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of our products and their applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our software applications.
- Conduct training sessions for clients, both in-person and remotely, to ensure they are proficient in using our applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of software applications for new clients.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Gather and relay client feedback to the product development team to help improve our applications.
- Work closely with the sales, development, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a software or technology company.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience with customer service and client support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
