Job Description:
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative assistance to various departments. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing post
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, and document preparation
- Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records
- CV preparation, ensuring formatting, content and presentation maximises the candidate’s chances of success
- Tracking employee timesheets and updating payroll records accordingly
- Submitting security clearance applications, conducting background checks and investigations to verify the information provided in applications
- Using Excel to create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for tracking and analysing data
- Collaborating with team members to gather and compile data for audits and compliance purposes
- Contribute to monthly branch meetings
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
