Getting Insured

We require all Limited Company contractors to hold £1 million Professional Indemnity, £5 million Employer’s Liability and £2 million Public Liability insurance cover.

To support our contractors, we’ve partnered with industry leader Kingsbridge to offer 10% discount on their standard prices - just make sure you mention you’re working through NRL when you contact them.

Visit the link below to request a quote or call the Kingsbridge team on +44 (1242) 808740.

Understanding IR35

If you’re new to contracting as a Limited Company, then the topic of IR35 may be new to you. It’s HMRC’s off-payroll working regulation, which determines the taxation status for each assignment a Limited Company worker undertakes.

Whilst you won’t need to make your own IR35 status determinations, as the end client you’re delivering work to will be responsible for this, it’s still important to fully understand the legislation so you know how it is managed.

To help, we have a range of IR35 information and support on our website, so why not take a look.
