Setting up your portal account

You’ll be able to start using your free account a few days after you receive your first payslip. We’ll send your details over to the team at our benefits provider who manage our contractor benefits portal, and they’ll set you up with an account.

Once your details have been added to the system, you can then follow the steps below to register your account. You will only need to do this the first time you access the portal.

1. Visit the site by clicking here, and then select the REGISTER button at the bottom of the screen

2. On the next screen you’ll be prompted to enter your National Insurance Number (with no spaces), followed by your surname

3. You’ll then be asked to create a password – keep this safe as you’ll need it each time you want to access the portal

To make it even easier to access your benefits, you can also download the Benefits Portal mobile application in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

To connect your mobile app with NRL’s contractor benefit portal please enter the access code 9926 when you first set-up the app.
