We’re delighted to be celebrating passing the 500-review milestone on Trustpilot recently. Each month we ask our candidates to share their thoughts on how our Recruitment teams have supported them to secure work by posting a review on Trustpilot - and it’s great to see so many positive reviews coming through each month.
Taking feedback on board
We carefully read each and every review – and take the time to reply to every one of them. It’s great to hear feedback from our candidates and the reviews give us a chance to check our processes are working and the right level of support is available at the right time as candidates are progressed through their application.
Trustpilot provides us with a transparent channel to gather feedback directly from people we’ve supported to find work. Prospective candidates can refer to these reviews to gauge the experiences of others who have interacted with us – with unbiased feedback that accurately reflects how they found their experience working with NRL to secure a new role. Whilst this independent approach to capturing feedback reassures our clients that their brand and reputation is in safe hands with NRL. As they can see first-hand the positive experience their candidates receive when applying through NRL, as we work with our clients to ensure we’re bringing to light their culture and values to prospective employees.
Celebrating our colleagues
We’re particularly pleased when we see a specific member of the team recognised by a candidate for the positive experience they’d provided. Whether that’s helping them to ensure the correct paperwork is in place to gain security clearance – or keeping them up-to-date as their application progresses.
We share some of our favourites below:
“The best agency I have dealt with in 32 years of working in the nuclear sector. I have been lucky to have many years’ experience working with NRL, and I can honestly say NRL compared to other agencies have been the most professional, supportive and effective. It is a pleasure working with NRL and Emma Bell and her team have been fantastic in setting up my current assignment.”

“NRL is the only recruitment agency I know which values its workforce. The pay rate is decent and is in accordance with JIB requirements. Payments are always on time and any disputes raised are correctly rectified the following week upon raising.”
Evan, supported by our Sunderland team
“From my initial enquiry to a finalized contract (and more), NRL have been 100% professional to deal with. They have responded quickly to all of my questions and enquiries, regardless of how small and insignificant they may have been. I have felt very confident in all of my transactions. Salary is paid regularly and on time. All of their employees have been a pleasure to deal with.”
Julian, supported by our International team
“I’ve worked for NRL on and off for the past 20 years and it’s always been a pleasure. I personally have always dealt with Chris Bond and has always been straight forward.”
Craig, supported by our Falkirk team
“All staff at the Heysham branch have been friendly, encouraging and supportive. They understood what type of work I was looking for and what jobs suited my skill set. They went above and beyond in my hour of need and would recommend to anyone looking for work.”

Elena, supported by our Woking team
“This is my first time experience working as a contractor through an agency. The whole process with NRL was fantastic. Great communication, very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended with special thanks to Kayleigh Bentham, who kindly guided me through the whole process.”
Walshy Walsh, supported by our Wigan team
“First time working with NRL and can say I have not had one problem from day one. Was told my job location and was sent the address and site phone number within the hour of taking the job, wages payed every week on time and not one mistake in hours worked or overtime underpaid - would recommend NRL to anyone.”
