​Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a range of industry sectors including advanced facilities and the built environment. Providing commercial support to a business, a Senior Quantity Surveyor will work with suppliers and subcontractors at various stages of a project – such as tendering, pre-contract and procurement.

Working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, skills required will include gap analysis, procurement scheduling, tender evaluation, invoice management, material waste reconciliation, reporting and forecasting. A Senior Quantity Surveyor will have previous commercial experience, and be able to demonstrate their effectiveness through to project close out.
