Construction Manager

​A Construction Manager is a professional who oversees the development and construction of a building project, providing advice on planning and budget, liaising with the client and consultants, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

As a Construction Manager you may work across a wide range of construction projects for residential, commercial and civil work. Supervising the design, development and construction of projects using previous knowledge and expertise in leadership, communication and planning gained through past Construction Manager roles.

A Construction Manager has a broad range of responsibilities, from hiring workers to overseeing finances and co-ordinating many groups of people and individuals on site and within the supply chain. Previous experience is therefore essential to successfully secure work as a Construction Manager.

​Fife is a region in the east of Scotland. It has a population of approximately 250,000 and is located on the north coast of the Firth of Forth between Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh.
