NRL are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client providing frontline support with various different duties and responsibilities.


Main duties include:

  • General day to day administrative duties

  • Collating timesheets

  • Document controlling

  • Checking invoices

  • Providing training and support for contractors

  • Facilitate visitor pass and liaise with Security

  • Manage diaries for yourself and the Site Manager


Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Previous experience in administration

  • Proficiency in Excel, Teams, and Outlook

  • Excellent telephony skills

  • First-rate data accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail and experience with documentation verification

  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills


This is a Contract position working on site.

Salary: Around £17 - £18 p/hr.

Hours: 10 hours per day, 5 days per week

Working Pattern: 07:00 – 17:00

Start Date: August
