NRL are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client providing frontline support with various different duties and responsibilities.
Main duties include:
General day to day administrative duties
Collating timesheets
Document controlling
Checking invoices
Providing training and support for contractors
Facilitate visitor pass and liaise with Security
Manage diaries for yourself and the Site Manager
Ideal candidates will have the following:
Previous experience in administration
Proficiency in Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Excellent telephony skills
First-rate data accuracy
Strong attention to detail and experience with documentation verification
Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities
Excellent planning and organisation skills
This is a Contract position working on site.
Salary: Around £17 - £18 p/hr.
Hours: 10 hours per day, 5 days per week
Working Pattern: 07:00 – 17:00
Start Date: August
