Working with a global engineering consultancy, NRL are looking to recruit a Project EC&I Engineer to work on a contract basis (inside IR35) on a nuclear decommissioning project in Warrington.
The Role
Working as part of a team, the role is to lead a series of workshops to identify the key integration areas of the project. You will be responsible for preparing the workshops, creating templates and engaging with key stakeholders across design, project and client teams. You will also be responsible for:
Recording of identified issues, escalation of high risks actions/issues to Senior members of the team
Schedule interrogation to provide assurance to both design and project
Liaising with risk mapping lead engineer in order to mitigate risk and identify opportunities and benefits
Document control engagement
You will need:
Microsoft Office (Excel) proficiency, AutoCAD, SL drawing standards, Microsoft Project.
A sound knowledge of Electrical Power and Control Systems, SL systems experience (ideally), Experience with Q&A systems, Experience with document/drawing control. Previous experience of stakeholder engagement including SL system Engineers, Asset Owners, PMP management team.
