Electrical Supervisor – Dublin
The Electrical Supervisor has an opportunity to join a Construction Management team as an Electrical system(s) owner, on pharmaceutical projects.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of HSE practices and promote a positive safety culture by leading by example.
Proficient in Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and LOTO procedures.
Assist in the preparation, review and approval of method statements and permits for Electrical and other relevant contractors
Regular site inspections to monitor the progress of Electrical and MEP works, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
Track and document the progress of on-site activities, identifying any deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track
Review and Approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) and Inspection Test Records (ITR’s)
Attend / Lead system walkdowns to verify installations meet project specifications and standards
Manage the closeout of relevant punch list items to ensure project / system completion
Review and approval of turnover documentation ensuring documentation meets project and client requirements
Coordination and witnessing of commissioning activities
Attend meeting with relevant disciplines and contractors
Attend and actively participate in meetings with relevant disciplines and contractors.
Provide updates, address concerns, and collaborate with project team and stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical supervision.
