Electrical Supervisor – Dublin

The Electrical Supervisor has an opportunity to join a Construction Management team as an Electrical system(s) owner, on pharmaceutical projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of HSE practices and promote a positive safety culture by leading by example.

  • Proficient in Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and LOTO procedures.

  • Assist in the preparation, review and approval of method statements and permits for Electrical and other relevant contractors

  • Regular site inspections to monitor the progress of Electrical and MEP works, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols

  • Track and document the progress of on-site activities, identifying any deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track

  • Review and Approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) and Inspection Test Records (ITR’s)

  • Attend / Lead system walkdowns to verify installations meet project specifications and standards

  • Manage the closeout of relevant punch list items to ensure project / system completion

  • Review and approval of turnover documentation ensuring documentation meets project and client requirements

  • Coordination and witnessing of commissioning activities

  • Attend meeting with relevant disciplines and contractors

  • Attend and actively participate in meetings with relevant disciplines and contractors.

  • Provide updates, address concerns, and collaborate with project team and stakeholders


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical supervision.
