I am recruiting for BEMS Commissioning Engineer with Tridium experience and technical understanding how the BEMS interacts with M&E systems. To work on data centre in Dagenham. Daily rate depends on experience and suitability OUTSIDE IR35.

Role Overview:
To pre-commission and commission BEMS including control panels (CP) that monitor and control mechanical and electrical systems within active construction site’s. Prove the interaction between the BEMS control system and 3rd party equipment. Technically understand how the BEMS interacts with M&E systems, including but not limited to:
Mechanical Systems
Air
Hydraulic
FCU’s and Chilled Beams
Electrical Systems
Energy Monitoring and Metering
Lighting
Fire
Security
Smart technologies
Read and understand Schedule of Deliverables, Interface Matrix, Network Architecture Drawings, Functional Design Specifications, Points Schedules, Technical submittals, RFI’s, etc
This work will be carried on construction sites and at factories manufacturing and supplying the equipment
Ensure all relevant paperwork associated with the above is completed in line with the commissioning works that is undertaken
Ensuring handover of fully operational BEMS Systems
Work in a high pressure and fast-moving environment
To undertake other duties as required
Liaise with Operations Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineers, other staff, subcontractors and clients as required to carry out this role.
Adhere to all company policies & procedures, particularly to health & safety
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Electrical Engineering qualifications (full electrical apprenticeship or equivalent)
Proven track record of delivering BEMS systems specifically Schneider, Tridium
Exceptional technical knowledge of BEMS
Experience working with BACNET and or Modbus
Ability to understand system software and graphics
Valid CSCS or ECS site card
