Job Description:
Our client, a leading project management services provider for the nuclear industry, are seeking to recruit an Administrator on a 12 month contract basis (Maternity cover).

About the role:

  • Proactive management of incoming emails and post
  • Deal with incoming phone calls in a professional and effective manner, dealing with general queries and taking accurate messages
  • Meet and greet internal and external visitors
  • Organise meetings on behalf of the team as required including the preparation, collation, photocopying and issuing of meeting packs
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and type and issue minutes and actions within agreed timescales
  • Book hotels, hire cars, buffets, travel and accommodation for the team as and when required
  • Arrange security clearance applications for contractors and co-ordinate security within the team
  • Process POs, PRs and invoices as required, in line with company procedures and processes using SAP
  • Assist with site or departmental audits and workplace inspections as required
What you will need:
  • GCSE C or above in English
  • Experience within an administration role
  • Have experience of interacting with senior managers and external stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach
  • Strong diary management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable:
  • Health and Safety qualification (IOSH Working Safely or similar)
  • Working knowledge of SAP system
